We take pride in preparing our idli, dosa, and vada batters fresh every 4 hours. This ensures the best possible taste and texture, as we never compromise by storing raw batter in chillers or freezers.


Our commitment to quality extends to every ingredient. We source with care, prioritizing local farmers and their fresh produce. Traditional methods are kept in our kitchen; our chutneys are made using fine quality groundnut oil, and we exclusively use pure ghee for cooking, avoiding artificial fats like Vanaspati or Dalda.
