❌ Cancellation Policy

At The Bhadrachalam Cafe, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of food preparation and prompt delivery, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

🔹 1. When You Can Cancel

You may cancel your order only before the food preparation begins. Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We recommend calling us immediately if you wish to cancel:

🔹 2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order:

• Call us on the number above as soon as possible
• Provide your Order ID, Name, and Phone Number
• We’ll verify the order status and confirm if cancellation is possible.

🔹 3. Refund for Cancellations

• If cancellation is accepted: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• If the order is already being prepared or dispatched: No cancellation or refund will be possible.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank.

🔹 4. Restaurant’s Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

• Unserviceable delivery location
• Technical errors or pricing issues
• Unavailability of ordered items
• Payment failure

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
