- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.
- Your food was not delivered.
- The food was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
- Payment was charged more than once for the same order.

- Change of mind after the order is placed.
- Delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address.
- Dissatisfaction based on taste preference (unless quality is compromised).
- Partial consumption or tampering of delivered food.

To request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery:

- Photo evidence (if applicable)

- Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5β7 business days.
- For UPI or Razorpay payments, timelines may vary based on your bank.

Orders can only be canceled before food preparation begins. To cancel, contact us immediately via phone. If accepted, weβll issue a full refund.
